1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Zivx Lab website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Zivx Lab provides web design and development services including custom websites, web applications, and e-commerce stores. All projects are scoped and agreed upon before work begins. Pricing starts from PKR 5,000 and varies based on project complexity and requirements.

3. Project Timeline

We guarantee delivery within 7 days for standard projects. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins. Delays caused by incomplete client feedback or content may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Full payment is due upon project completion and before final handover.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code and design created for their project. Zivx Lab retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions

Unlimited revisions are included during the active development phase. Post-delivery changes may incur additional charges depending on the scope of modifications requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zivx Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
